HLOBYNS'KYI REGION

The modern emblem

It was confirmed in August, 24th, 2002 by the decision of region council session.

Per fess by two wavy barrulets Sable on Or and Azure. In the center of the shield ink Or with feather Argent and sword Argent in saltire. On the dexter base sheaf Or from three spikelets. The shield is crowned by three six-rayed stars and inscription "Hlobynshchyna", and framed by a wreath from viburnum and wheat spikes, entwined by blue and yellow ribbon. In the bottom is ancient lyre.
