The flag

It was confirmed in December, 11th, 1996 by the decision #1 of city council session.

The rectangular panel with a ratio of the sides 1:1. The top part width is 1/4 of width of the gonfalon and is dark blue, the bottom is green. In the bottom part there is white conventionalized six-leafed "flower", in the top there are three three-fingered yellow pine branches in a line. From the staff, below and from above there is a yellow edging with width of 1/12 of width of the gonfalon.
