Rectangular panel with sides 2:3 consists of seven horizontal stripes: top blue and bottom red, medium yellow, over it two narrow white and blue, under it two narrow - red and white, from the staff goes green vertical strip, near staff goes white narrow vertical gear white strip from five triangles. Ratio of the blue and red stripes, the middle yellow stripe, narrow white, blue, red and white stripes equals to 1/35, 1/10, 1/ 5 of the width of the flag.
Blue means honesty, loyalty and purity of thoughts, red - love, courage and bravery. Green - hope, freedom and joy. White - openness, generosity and truthfulness. Yellow - faith, wealth and justice.
