It was confirmed in April, 29th, 2003 by the decision of region council session.
Per bend sinister. First Vert; stylized sunflowers with petals Or and core Sable. Second Azure; sturgeon Argent returned to the sunflower. Shield is enframed by decorative cartouche with floral ornaments on the sides and crowned by sea shell Or.
