It was confirmed in October, 18th, 1999 by the decision #8 of city council session.
Rectangular panel with sides ratio 2:3 consists of three equal vertical stripes of yellow, blue and yellow colors. On the staff yellow stripe is green laurel branch, directed to the staff. In the center of the blue stripe is city emblem. On the free yellow stripe is green oak branch, directed to the free edge.
