It was confirmed in December, 15th, 2017 by the decision #2/17/2017 of XVII village council session of VII convocation. Vert; cross Or with abaised horizontal crossbar, at the ends of the cross drops Gules. First; sixteen-ray sun Or. Second; Etruscan helmet Or. Third, two silver flints in pale, point to point, cutting six sparks Or, three on each side. Fourth; flower of a butterbur Argent with leaves Or. The shield is inscribed in a decorative cartouche and crowned by village crown Or. At the bottom of the cartouche is inscription "KREMINNA".
Cross with drops is a symbol of the Holy Cross Church. Etruscan helmet means the ancient past, as a treasure with a helmet was found on the territory of the village council. Two flints with sparks are symbol of the name of the village, it also emphasizes the flower of the butterbur, which is called "kreminna" in these places. The author is P.Voitaluk.
