It was confirmed in February, 9th, 2018 by the decision #12-34/2018 of city council session of VII convocation. The square panel consists of two horizontal parts (3:7). The top part is divided vertically on equal blue staff part and free red part. On the blue part is a yellow smiling sun with sixteen rays, on the red part is white formy cross. On the bottom green part are Saint Cos'ma and Damian, in white clothes and yellow cloaks with red boxes in their hands. The authors are O.Pokhyla, A.Mel'nytshuk, V.Napytkin.
