It was confirmed in September, 26th, 2002 by the decision of region council session.
Vert with base sable. Beet argent with beet tops argent, accompanied in a board by two storks argent with beaks and pads gules, and in the base by two cubes of sugar argent. In the chief is sun or. In the crest is Tryzyb, decorated by the decorative ornament, and framed by the two ears or, which are twined by the yellow-and-blue ribbon with "Andryshivs'kyi region" words.
