The soviet emblem
It was confirmed in August, 14th, 1981 by the decision #524 of city council executive committee.
Per pale Vert. On it is shield Gules per pale, on which is escutcheon Argent with flame of gas Azure. The chief Argent is charged by the city name Or. Boards are edged by Or. The arms symbolizes agriculture and the industry.
