It was confirmed in January, 29th, 1999. Per fess abaised by wavy fess Azure with bordure Or. First Or; oak with krone Vert and trunk of natural colour. Second Vert; sabre Or.
The basic elements mean derivation, site, economic activities of the local residents. Volodars'ke was founded by the Cossack Hladkyi, in memory of it in the coat of arms is the cossac sabre. The settlment allocates on the river Calec', it shows by fess. The oak shows woods near village. Vert means character of an agriculture and, in particular, plants growing - main sort of industrial activity of the village inhabitants; or means character of glory and wheat - main culture of this fields.
