It was confirmed in January, 16th, 1995 by the decision #6 of city council executive committee. Squadron panel is placed diagonally. In the center on a red square floor which tops lay on the middle of the parties of a banner is the arms of city, above it in a corner is white cross; the top triangle of a flag is blue, bottom is dark blue, other parties are green. Blue color symbolizes the sky, dark blue - water, green - the ground, and red with the cross means Volyn'. The author is S.Haiduk. Image on site V.Napytkin. Гречило А.Б.
