It was confirmed in December, 2001. The rectangular panel with a parity of the parties as 2:3 consists of two horizontal strips - yellow and blue in the ratio 1:2. On the yellow strip are three white towers with the open gate. On the blue strip from free edge are crossed vertical yellow sword handle up and horizontal yellow key bit down and right.
