Argent; the hussar in the form Gules on a horse. On the chief Vert is gun Argent on which sits the bird hamajun Argent, accompanied in the dexter chief and sinister base by four four-beam stars Or - in two bend sinister. The shield is enframed by or cartouche and crowned by or village crown.
The hussar symbolizes name of village, gules color of the form - a symbol of the highest drill of an army. Argent symbolizes the Smolens'k arms, because first settlers arrived from there. Gun and hamajun are symbols of protection and happiness. Vert color of the chief is symbol of steppe. Four stars mean villages Husarka, Bil'manka, Haichul (modern Novoukrainka), Temruk (Starchenkovo), that were found by Smolens'k settlers.
