The modern emblem
It was confirmed in August, 26th, 1999 by the decision of region council session.
Shield with bordure Azure; bend sinister Gules with bordure Argent. First Azure; fess Or, above it bow with three arrows Or. Second Vert; ear Or in the form of horn of plenty.
Bow with three arrows is part of Bila Tserkva emblem; vert is symbol of fields, horn of plenty means harvest.
