It was confirmed in September, 6th, 2004 by the decision #180 of VII village council session. Gules; oak branch Or and sword Or with edge Argent in saltire. On chief Azure with bordure Argent is seagull Argent.
The symbols mean a history of a settlement as an rebel centre during World War II. Oak branch symbolizes neighboring woods and means force and courage. Seagull in azure means Balanovs'ke reservoir - unique natural object which underlines beauty of neighboring lands. Gules symbolizes courage, azure - beauty and greatness. The author is O.Maskevych.
