Gules; house Argent as a four-tower fortress in the Genoa style, above which is antique wine amphora with the plaited letters "Н" and "С" Gules. On each side amphora is decorated by two grape branches Or with one bunch of grapes Or. On the base Azure are two abaised wavy barrulets Argent.
Novyi Svit has got the world popularity by the L.Golitsyn, famous winemaker and researcher, talented organizer who has created the first domestic champagne awarded with the maximum award "Grand Prix" at the World exhibition in Paris in 1899. About 40 years he has lived in Novyi Svit. On the arms is building, constructed by him. Initial letters on the amphora mean the settlement name. The argent barrulets mean the Black sea.
