In 2004 the Cabinet of Ukraine (the prime minister - V.Janukovich) in "Polyprint" publishing house has published the book "Cities of Ukraine" in which design images from a site are used. The circulation is equal to 2000 copies. The sanction to it Cabinet did not receive, in the book there are no references to sources. To plagiarism has resorted serious collective - the candidate of philosophical sciences A.Tolstouhov, academician I.Kuras, the doctor of historical sciences V.Kolesnik and others.
