The flag
It was confirmed in April, 24th, 2013 by the decision of XL city council session of VI convocation.
The rectangular panel with sides ratio 2:3 is divided horizontally on alternating red and white stripes in the ratio 23:6:6:10:6:6:23. In the center of the flag is city emblem, the upper edge coincides with the line of separation of the first and second stripes, bottom edge with line of separation of sixth and seventh stripes.
