Per pale, in sinister per fess. First Azure; four wavy fesses Argent. Second Argent; bowl Azure with water jets. Third Azure; oak branch Or in bend. The shield is crowned by territorial crown Or. Supporters: deer Or and bear Gules. On motto ribbon Azure inscription "Svalyavs'kyi region" Or.
