It was confirmed in February, 11th, 2005 by the decision of city council session. Argent with engrailed base Gules. Horseshoe Sable filled by Azure and charged inside by rays Or. Above all fess Azure engrailed in top and nebuly in bottom; from it arise sunflower Or, charged by bee Or with wings Argent to sinister. Shield is framed by a wreath from wheat ears Or, oak and viburnum branches, entwined by blue ribbon with yellow border and the inscription "1660". Above the shield is inscription "SVATOVE".
