It was confirmed in July, 5th, 2013 by the decision of village council session. Azure; opened wooden gates Or, which are based on the same poles on base Vert. Between the gates beech nut Or, under which meanders down a creek Argent, crossing a shield and base. The shield is enframed by decorative cartouche Or and crowned by village crown Or. At the bottom of the cartouche ribbon Azure with inscription "PRYVOROKY" Or and ribbon Vert with inscription "1418" Argent. The ribbons put on beech branch Or with leaves and nuts.
Gates is a symbol of village name. It comes from the two words "near" ("pry") and "gate" ("vorota") and symbolizes the place "near gate" - "pry vorotah". Opened gate means the hospitality of the hosts. Beech nut symbolizes the beauty of the village, beautiful beech forests. Beech nut is also the emblem of the Chernivtsi region.
