It was confirmed in August, 3d, 2012 by the decision #243-VI of village council session. Or; Cossack in clothes Azure, belted by fess Gules, in hat Gules, with gun Azure on his left shoulder, in the righ hand he holds flag Gules with two pigtails, on which are pierced formy cross Or and eight-pointed stars Or in three rows. Shield is entered into the decorative cartouche Or and crowned by city crown Or, and framed by wreath from ears Or, intertwined by blue and yellow ribbon. Above the shield on the motto ribbon Gules inscription "STAROKOZACHE" Argent, accompanied on both sides by pierced formy crosses with inscriptions "ICHS" and "NIKA", on the bottom ribbon Gules letters "1827" Argent. Under the cartouche mace Argent with handle Or and saber Argent with handle Or in saltire.
