The soviet emblem

Per fess by Gules and Azure. Silhouette of a blast furnace Sable, retort Or with a grain ear, glass cutter Argent, dropped on the glass Argent, and date "1870" Or. The chief Azure charged by the city name Or on Russian.
The blast furnace means production of ferrous and nonferrous metallurgy. A retort with ear mean manufacturing of chemical production, mainly mineral fertilizers for an agriculture. Glass cutter means manufacturing of glass production: window, reinforced, mirror glass etc.
