KRYHLAKIVKA
It was founded in the end of ХVII century. By the one version, the first settler had surname Kruhlak. According to a legend, nearby there was a big and deep lake which every year was filled with water from spring floods of Oskol. It had almost correct round (krugla) form, as has served as an occasion for the name of village. According to legend, in the lake lived mermaid who became a water lily in time, when on the land dropped first beams of the sun.
