It was confirmed in May, 21st, 2004 by the decision of XVII city council session of XXIV convocation. It is square white panel, in the centre is the city arms in blue cartouche, topped by argent crown (the height of the arms is equal to 3/4 of a gonfalone width), on distance in 1/10 of a gonfalone width from a staff and from free edge are blue vertical strips (in the width in 1/10 of a gonfalone).
White color emphasizes an origin of the city name from white field ("bile pole"), and blue strips mean small rivers Vyr and Kryga which are here. The author is Yu.Zarko. Image on site V.Napytkin.
