It was confirmed in July, 4th, 2003 by the decision #155 of city council session.
Per pale; or, vert oak leaf; azure, Archangel Michael in argent clothes with a spear in the hand. The shield enframed by or cartouche and crowned by argent urban crown with three prongs.
The oak leaf specifies rich natural resources and woodworking manufacture. Archangel Michael is the Guardian angel of city.
