It was confirmed on 2007. Rectangular panel is divided horizontally on three strips - blue, yellow, red - in ratio 1:2:1. On the blue strip are two white delf couped raguly at left and right. On the yellow strip is blue facetted eight-beam star with beams of raguly length; upper beam supports black weigh. Red strip is divided by black lines on five brick rows.
