It was confirmed in January, 30th, 2014 by the decision #199 of XXVII village council session of V convocation. Quarterly by fillet cross Azure. First Vert; church Argent with domes. Second Argent; four circles (2:2), above which circle Gules. Third Argent; fir and oak Vert above flax flower Azure. Fourth Or; loaf of bread Sable in a wreath from ears Gules, intertwined by cloth Argent. The shield is enframed by cartouche Or and crowned by village crown Or.
The cross symbolizes rivers Tsvilya and Hat'. In honor of one was named the settlement. Wooden church (1761) means ancient history of settlement. Four Azure petals symbolize Osova, Bolyarka, Rohovytsia and Dzerzhyns'k villages, included into territorial community with a central village Velyka Tsvilya (Gules circle). Trees symbolize forests, one of the main resources of the region. Flax flower symbolizes the achievement of the Lydia Serbin, Hero of Socialist Labor.
