It was confirmed in July, 2nd, 2018 by the decision #12 of village council session. Azure; embowed enchanced point Gules bordered by Argent charged by masoned tower with seven prongs, in the hole of the gate two sabers Or in saltire, point accompanied in dexter by the sun Or with sixteen rays, in sinister by horseshoe Or ears upwards. The shield is inscribed in decorative cartouche Or and crowned by territorial crown Gules of city community. At the bottom of the cartouche is inscription "SOLOBKOVETS'KA TERRITORIAL COMMUNITY".
Two argent bordures mean the Ushka and Studnya rivers, the tower is a symbol of the ancient Solobkivtsi fortress, it means the unity of the community, the sabers symbolize the glorious past of the region, the sun is the symbol of Podillya, the horseshoe is a symbol of luck, happiness and prosperity, point symbolizes an ancient fortress "Krasnepol'" ("red city") on the place of the settlement Krasnopillya, which occupied the central part of the village.
