It was confirmed in October, 22nd, 2019 by the decision #1 of XXVIІI village council session of VІІ convocation. Argent; in circle Azure flower of a water lily Argent with center Gules. In the wavy chief Azure flaming sword Or in fess. The shield is inscribed in decorative cartouche Or and crowned by village crown Or. At the bottom of the cartouche is the inscription "KOLOMYE".
The wavy chief is a symbol of the settlement near the Horyn River. Lily flower in the azure circle means the pond that exists in the village, "Princely Lake", natural monuments; Archangel Michael's flaming sword is a symbol of an old wooden church in honor of this saint.
