The soviet emblem
It was confirmed in November, 11th, 1987 by the decision #961 of city council executive committee.
Argent; cement-slate combine Argent stands on the base Sable above waves Azure. The image is framed by ears Or. On the crossing of stalks are the circle Argent with a torch. The chief per fess by Gules and Azure and charged by the city name Sable on the Ukrainian language, executed on the part Azure. Argent means deposits of swept.
