Per fess. First Or; sun Gules with eleven beams, on which is pigeon Argent. Second Vert; bee Or accompanied by four honeycombs in chief and wave fess Argent in base. The arms is edged by decorative cartouche and decorated by a rural crown.
The gules sun symbolizes the Christ who suffered, has died and has revived from dead with the help of Sacred Spirit which symbolizes the white pigeon. Eleven corners of a solar crown mean apostles whom remained to the true Teacher. The or background and pigeon symbolize Divine light and Sacred Spirit. The bee symbolizes the reason of village occurrence. Four honeycombs mean four villages on this territory. The argent fess means the Oskol river. Argent border means an invisible wall which the God protects village from evil.
