The mantle: on the right side - gules, padded by argent; on the left - azure, padded by or.
The board stands on the vert heraldic tree with oak branch in the right and nut branch in the left.
The tenants who stand on three hills of the Volyno-Podil's'ka height: at the right - Grand duke Vitovt in a knight armour; at the left - hetman Bohdan Khmel'nyts'kyi.
On yellow motto tape are azure letters: "Volyno-Podil's'ka Heraldry Collegium".
