In the second part, divided fussily in bend on sable-and-argent is an or astronomical sign of the Maiden. In the third part, divided fussily in bend sinister on sable-and-silver is an or astronomical sign of the Scorpion.
The board is crowned by or army crown with jewels, above it is steel russian helmet. Behind the arms are two steel swords in Andrew's cross with edges from top to bottom and or handles in the form of the cross with jewels.
The board is edged by the wreath from green oak leaves with or acorns.
The motto: "The native land begins from family" - by or letters on the gules tape.
