It was confirmed in December, 28th, 1999 by the decision #5 of VIII village council session of XXIII convocation. Azure; two ox heads Or, above them are three four-beam stars Or, one (it has greatest size) above two, below it is ear Or covered by an horseshoe Argert. The shield is enframed by or cartouche and crowned by argent urban crown with three prongs.
Ox heads specify traditional salt way (by ox carts). Stars mean the Milky Way, and also three villages (Elyzavetivka, Novoolexandrivka, Yasna Polyana), which subordinate to local council.
