It was confirmed in May, 14th, 1996 by the decision of village council session. Per fess by barrulet Gules with Greek ornament Or. First Azure; ancient vessel Or. Second Vert; bull's head of natural color accompanied on the sides by two spikes Or.
Main motive of the coat of arms - to show a unification of the historical past and present Urzuph. The settlment was founded by the Greek settlers, it shows vessel and meandr, traditional Greek ornamental pattern. Bull head and ears mean animal industries and cultivation of grain crops.
