Azure; fortress Arent with three towers with roofs Or and open gates Or, in which passes horse Or; on the sides of fortress narrow wavy poles Argent. The board is crowned by viburnum flowers and framed by bronze wreath from pine, oak and birch branches.
Brovary is east gates of Kyiv, it is reason of idea with argent fortress. The or horse is coupled to national legends about ancient city Cream. The argent poles symbolize Desna and Trubizh rivers, between which is the territory of region. The flowers of viburnum symbolizes Kyivs'ka oblast', wreath from branches of a pine, oak and birch tells about characteristic of region vegetation. The author is O.Kohan. The artist is M.Uhta.
