It was confirmed in April, 17th, 2008 by the decision of region council session. Vert; wavy pale argent, on it is escutcheon with Vinnytsia emblem. In the dexter chief is sun or with a human face, the sinister base is apple blossom branch. The bordure consists of two colors: the chief and sinister gules, base and dexter sable and argent segments. The shield is framed by a decorative cartouche, decorated on the sides by ears of wheat or, in the bottom part are oak leaves or and branches vert with viburnum berries gules.
