The board is topped by an flower of a viburnum Argent and framed by wreath Or from branches of an oak and ears.
The rests of ground shaft of an ancient fortress were kept till now. The open gate testifies to hospitableness. Before a gate are argent signs of khan Tetij, who was captured by Rus' warriors. Eight-beam star and a cross are symbols of a victory of a life above death. One star personifies a victory over the nomads, the second reminds of inhabitors during cossack times. Gules color means bravery, courage, fearlessness; vert - freedom, well-being and hope; argent - cleanliness. The ear of wheat testifies agricultural traditions, branches of an oak tell about local woods. The viburnum symbolizes Kyivs'ka oblast'.
